Strong Procurement focus with AI capabilities.
Bilingual in French and English is a must. Spanish would be an asset.
Permanent full-time position based in Montreal in a hybrid mode (2 days/week remote work).
8/10 weeks of travel/year.
Supply Chain Trustees Inc. was mandated by its new client to fill this new position following significant growth in recent years. A world leader in their category, our client is looking for a visionary manager with extensive field experience to structure their Supply Chain department, which is extremely strategic for the organization.
The position reports directly to the CEO and has direct responsibility for a multidisciplinary team of about ten people.
Direct and indirect purchasing management, S&OP management, local and international supplier management, performance supervision of 3PL and 4PL logistics partners, and ensuring impeccable service quality are among the main tasks.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Have significant multinational experience in a manufacturing context in interior furnishings.
- Have good knowledge in the management and drafting of contracts and commercial agreements.
- Have a good sensitivity to Central American and Asian cultures, particularly those of East and Southeast Asia.
- Have good expertise in data management and the implementation of impactful dashboards.
- Show a major interest in projects based on artificial intelligence.
- Be an excellent leader and unifier.
